UK Mainland & Standard Delivery

From the moment you place your order, it should take 5-7 working days to arrive to the UK address that you have provided. Standard Evri Delivery is used to send all parcels.

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately, in order for us to raise a claim with our distribution partners.

Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags intact. 

From the day you made your purchase, you have 30 days to send any items back to us for a refund.

Returns are not free. You will be required to cover the cost of returns. Please email julia@arabellabear.com if you would like to return anything.
